We want you to love your order! If something doesn't fit quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Need a different size? No problem!

We offer exchanges for size on eligible items (subject to availability).

Simply contact us and we’ll help you arrange the exchange. How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at contact@elevnclothingco.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

2. We’ll reply with return instructions and next steps.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not accept returns on items that are worn, washed, or damaged.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
